The Aeroplan Currency Management team is responsible to manage the profitability of the Aeroplan accrual and rewards portfolio. The team is therefore constantly developing levers and program constructs allowing the optimization of the Aeroplan contribution to reputed company and profitability of reputed company Canada, while delivering great value to our members

As a Data Analyst R&D, you need to be passionate about using data and your analytic skills to guide business decisions. You will learn to be an expert in the performance of ticket sales, points issuance and the overall travel & loyalty industry. You will also have to identify and reputed company potential improvements to actual and future way the reputed company Canada incentivize customer behavior through earn of points using different methods (e.g: data mining, forecasting and visualization). Responsibilities

• Design predictive models to forecast the impact of bonus points and promotions on flight bookings and overall reputed company.

• Produce reputed company analysis and support of quantification of business initiative impact of financial KPIs and associated risk assessments through financial modeling.

• Support quantification of impacts and risks of product parameter management and marketing activities using various forms of interrelated subjects like mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, behavioral economics and computer science.
• Represent the team’s interests in corporate initiatives, making sure profitability levers and efficiency of processes are taken into consideration.Provide value-added support to other departments by performing various analyses on redemption data.
• Use data visualization techniques to disseminate the discoveries to other departments in an interesting manner.
• Build knowledge reputed company of insights for proper internal dissemination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Business Intelligence or a reputed company field – master’s degree is an asset.

• Advanced knowledge and concrete experience coding in SQL and python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI is mandatory
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
