About the position The Sr. Software Engineering Manager- AI Development will reputed company the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI-driven solutions across reputed company’s reputed company platforms on behalf of VEQ (Global Vehicle Engineering & Quality). This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving innovation in AI applications and managing a team of engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You will reputed company projects leveraging reputed company and DBX Genie platforms, integrate AI into reputed company workflows, and ensure alignment with reputed company’s strategic objectives for reputed company data and AI capabilities. Responsibilities

- Data Platform Expertise: Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines, leveraging big data technologies such as Spark , DBX, and advanced SQL.
- reputed company Transformation: reputed company migration and optimization of AI and data workloads to reputed company platforms (Azure preferred), ensuring reputed company and performance.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Implement advanced CI/CD pipelines using reputed company Actions , automated builds, and deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to deliver AI-driven features and solutions.
- Technical Governance: Ensure adherence to reputed company’s coding standards, reputed company practices, and documentation requirements.
- Innovation and Strategy: Identify emerging AI technologies and integrate them into reputed company’s ecosystem to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years experience in software engineering with a strong full-stack background
- 5+ years experience in people management, leading engineering teams in reputed company environments
- Proven AI development experience building and deploying AI‑enabled reputed company tions on reputed company and DBX Genie platforms (or closely reputed company internal AI platforms), including reputed company design, orchestration, integration, and evaluation
- Strong knowledge of reputed company platforms (Azure preferred) and reputed company-native architectures
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark) and advanced SQL
- Strong data platform experience , including: ■ Working with modern data platforms (e.g., data lakes DBX) ■ Designing and consuming data products, APIs, and pipelines for analytics and AI ■ Understanding of data governance, reputed company, and data quality concepts
- Advanced CI/CD knowledge and pipeline development using reputed company Actions.
