Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Customer Support Team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and selling reputed company travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
• Providing assistance with passenger reputed company-in and load acceptance
• Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meeting and dispatching planes reputed company set-up times
• Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers
• Protecting business assets and reputed company
• Ensuring a safe journey for reputed company passengers
• Possessing the physical capability and dexterity to reputed company various job-reputed company duties
• Using organizational skills to reputed company multiple tasks reputed company a limited timeframe
• Being self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision
• Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations
• Following internal and external regulations and procedures

What You'll Need for Success:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or GED
• The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
• Ability to work reputed company and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
