Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for reputed company interactions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable, and enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Utilize strong customer service skills to resolve issues reputed company and effectively

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form

- Must be able to commute to the office in Richmond, VA reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems

Compensation and Benefits
