Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to provide best-in-class support to our clients' customers through live chat. You'll be responsible for answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts on their website or social media accounts. Key Responsibilities
