What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and making recommendations to upgrade their health plans. You'll also conduct research, reputed company outbound calls, and assist members with logging into and understanding their online health accounts.

A Typical Day in the Life

Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers' health plans
  • Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
  • Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your own)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
