Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative on the Payments and Digital Strategy team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex's customers. You'll work closely with the team to resolve customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a remote job opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers

• Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/assignments as assigned
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
• Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure
• Ability to cross-train and reputed company any position assigned reputed company the department
• Ability to interact professionally with reputed company personnel and contributors
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer/member service experience

• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
