Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving reputed company issues, and processing patient data with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Enter patient and medication data into our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis

Essential Qualifications
* High school certificate or GED
