About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients reputed company insurance coverage. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, providing information and assistance regarding health care insurance options, and updating customer and account information as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls to provide information and assistance regarding health care insurance options
• Update customer and account information as needed
• Update case records and notate purpose of call
• Utilize multiple database applications as resources
• Be open to feedback for reputed company improvement and growth
• Respond to general customer inquiries
• Strive to meet performance metrics for reputed company professional growth opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent - College attendance/degree is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to learn and understand health insurance policy and terminology to provide the best solution to customers seeking assistance
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact well with consumers and coworkers
• Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task (utilize multiple computer applications while talking to a consumer)
• Must be flexible, reliable and available for occasional overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass required reputed company and knowledge assessment tests
• Able to commit to 3 weeks of class training without missing any time from work (days of training)
• Able to commit to 4 weeks of supervised call taking (nesting) without missing any time from work

• A compatible computer: Windows 10, MAC OS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher
• A webcam
• A headset

Work Schedule

Our call center is currently open Monday-Friday from reputed company to 6pm. You will be required to work a full-time 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed. Training hours will be Monday-Friday for 3 weeks, followed by 4 weeks of supervised call taking (nesting).
