About the Role: Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience

As a Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will be part of the Customer Experience & reputed company (CXI) Design team, which is responsible for designing and delivering seamless and delightful experiences for our customers. Your primary focus will be on customer-facing user experience, and you will have the opportunity to design across reputed company sides of the marketplace, including consumer, merchant, and Dasher experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on customer experience
• Strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design and deliver seamless and delightful experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices
• Ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to reputed company elegant solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on marketplace products or services
• Knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to the development of design languages

• Competitive salary range: $152,000 - $228,000 USD, depending reputed company and experience
