About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist I to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for writing new business and servicing existing clients, managing multiple tasks, and gathering and communicating technical information reputed company to insurance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned book of renewal business and create new business to drive reputed company growth

• Review existing policies and endorsements, request changes to the renewal underwriter for approval
• Prepare schedules of insurance, D. cards, binders, certificates of insurance, issue finance agreements
• Return phone calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner, follow up on policy audits reputed company to worker's compensation, general liability, etc.
• Maintain accounts in Client Portal (Insurlink), set status to active/inactive and send invites to access portal to clients
• Maintain contact with the client reputed company throughout the year per frequency set by management

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) and provide a copy for verification
• Prior position as an Associate Customer Service Representative or similar role
• Ability to read policies and break down reputed company information into simple terms
• An understanding of the appropriate markets and their relative business models
• Possess a sense of urgency and ownership reputed company dealing with clients and prospects
