Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Enjoy making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide support with benefits and insurance information.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
• Experience with reputed company Outlook (email) and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, reputed company, and other stakeholders.
• Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports.
