Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers reputed company inbound phone calls, chat, and email
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Contractual Relationship
