Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company on a contract basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that requires a high level of autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to customers
• Provide accurate and concise information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed established contractual turnaround times for customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum six (6) months of customer service/administrative/call center experience required
• Ability to speak English clearly and professionally
• Bi-lingual candidates will receive reputed company consideration
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established contractual turnaround times
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
