Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from claims and benefits to enrollment and member portal issues. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
