Key Responsibilities

• File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts and ensure that their debit cards are shut down for safety
• Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout reputed company customer interactions, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Work a non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our clients receive the support they need, reputed company they need it
• Utilize a wired high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 50 Mbps to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues
• Use an Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone, along with a landline phone or smartphone, to connect to our remote queue system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
