Job Overview

As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues, and delivering expert customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having technical support experience and familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, would be an asset in this role. You should also be able to work an evening or overnight schedule and have a strong ability to work independently.
