The role involves valuation analysis, deal structuring, and coordination of due diligence, while also providing opportunities for career development reputed company the team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company valuation analysis and actively participate in deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and review of term sheets and definitive agreements
- Play a vital role in upfront idea reputed company, strategic evaluation and business planning, coordination of financial, tax and legal due diligence, and post-reputed company integration planning

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 1+ year(s) experience in project management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, finance and analysis, and/or strategic or relationship management role OR equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 2+ years experience in project management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, finance and analysis, and/or strategic or relationship management role OR Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business OR equivalent experience
- Direct venture, private equity, investment banking, or strategic corporate investment experience or reputed company technology investment experience
