[Remote] Data Administrator II

The Data Administrator II role involves managing external data updates with retirement plan recordkeepers and supporting internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong attention to detail and effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company external updates reputed company to plan amendments or administrative changes by communicating directly with recordkeepers
• Submit updates reputed company email or through recordkeeper-specific forms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures
• Maintain organized documentation of reputed company updates submitted to recordkeepers
• Complete recordkeeper forms on behalf of internal departments during busy season or as needed
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for external update processes and recordkeeper requirements
• Add, modify, and remove employee access across reputed company recordkeeper platforms in accordance with internal controls
• Conduct periodic reviews of access lists to ensure accuracy and compliance with reputed company protocols
• Partner with internal teams to gather necessary information for updates and ensure timely submission
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding recordkeeper processes, forms, and data requirements
