Pernod Ricard is a global premium spirits and wine company, and they are seeking Finance Analysts to join their dynamic Finance team. These roles are ideal for early-career professionals who will support core planning, reporting, and analysis activities across the business while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights that inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly P&L reporting, latest estimates, and annual budget submissions using group financial reporting tools
  • Analyze financial performance, profitability, and resource allocation in partnership with cross-functional business teams
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial data, reports, and systems outputs
  • Prepare consolidated commentary, presentations, and reporting materials for senior leadership and finance stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners to improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation
  • Contribute to reputed company financial analyses and special projects as needed

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field
  • Completion of at least one Finance, Accounting, or reputed company internship
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, reputed company, or a reputed company analytical role
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formulas, pivots, and basic data analysis
  • Experience working with financial data, reporting tools, or financial systems (academic or professional)
  • Ability to work primarily in an office-based environment with limited travel
