This role involves managing client files, supporting case management, and ensuring effective communication with clients and reputed company providers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Attorney and their legal team to support a caseload
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure cases are managed effectively and reputed company
- Set up new client files, manage case records, assist with PIP claims, and ensure account balances are accurate
- Maintain regular communication with clients, reputed company providers, and other involved parties
- Handle client correspondence, address inquiries, and conduct client reviews
- Manage medical reputed company payments and support the tracking of reputed company documentation
Skills
- A high school diploma is required; advanced education or a paralegal certification is preferred
- Experience working as a legal assistant or in a professional office setting is highly desired
- Competency working with the reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong written communication skills and experience drafting professional correspondence
- Comfortable speaking with clients and reputed company providers over the phone and reputed company email
- A detail-oriented approach, balanced with the ability to work reputed company and meet deadlines
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Advanced education or a paralegal certification
- Prior experience in plaintiffs' personal injury law
