Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development in the Power sector, focusing on market expansion and reputed company growth through persuasive messaging and strategic marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and other technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials relating to business development
- reputed company proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to reputed company strategic messaging
- Write and edit marketing proposal documents, as well as reputed company and coordinate graphics and layout
- Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management
- Consistently maintain pursuit and project information in our customer relationship management (CRM) database, along with resumes, project descriptions, and photography
- Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events

Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office applications, including Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Proficient in reputed company Creative reputed company applications, including InDesign
- Relevant marketing or A/E/C industry experience

- Ability and desire to engage with others in-person, including traveling to other Washington offices (Bellevue, etc.) as needed
