Analyst, Asset Management
reputed company is where passionate people come to transform businesses and careers in the Real Estate Industry. The Analyst in Asset Management will manage, monitor, and report on a large portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring high-quality services and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and review various reports including monthly portfolio statistics, remittance reconciliations, and quarterly asset reports as required to ensure Situs high standards are achieved in terms of quality, accuracy and completeness
- Monitor the collection of required financial reporting from Borrowers; including, but not limited to, property operating statements (Income statements, balance sheets, aged receivables), rent rolls, STR reports, and guarantor/borrower financials
- Aggregating and compiling property level information into portfolio-wide statistics and presentation materials
- Assist Asset Managers with quarterly lender reports, including inputting financials, updating rent rolls, and obtaining updated market information
- Maintain client watchlists detailing property performance, market trends, recent leasing at the property, and any other significant findings
- Analysis of property operating statements, including noting significant changes in income and expenses
- Review rent rolls, including noting any upcoming lease terminations, renewals, and any free rent periods for tenants
- Performing covenant tests regarding debt service coverage ratio, debt yield, loan-to-value, and guarantor net worth hurdles
- Support asset management team in their daily responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of various reputed company reports
- Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or reputed company subjects or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite including Outlook, reputed company, Power reputed company and Word
- Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of reputed company including the ability to reputed company cash flow analyses
- Must be able to work reputed company with large datasets to process and present results as requested
- Ability to work in a team environment, to think independently and generate quality work product
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to processes and procedures but suggest and implement improvements reputed company warranted
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong reading comprehension
- Strong business writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Asset Management a plus
- Experience with ARGUS, DCF valuation models, and sale/lease comps is a plus
