As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you will support candidates through their Army recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth process while collaborating with recruiters and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey with reputed company and clarity
- reputed company candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system
- Take ownership of your performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
- Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident using digital systems and updating records accurately
- Proactive reputed company with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
- Understanding of the British Army recruitment process
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
