[Remote] Administrative Assistant - Appeals Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a civil litigation law firm seeking a detail-oriented and highly accountable Appeals Specialist to support their appeals process. This role involves managing and tracking appeals-reputed company tasks, conducting follow-reputed company, and ensuring deadlines are met while working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track appeals-reputed company tasks from initiation through resolution
- Conduct consistent and professional follow-up reputed company phone and email with internal teams and external parties
- Ensure deadlines are met through organized tracking and timely escalation reputed company needed
- Accurately document communications and updates in firm systems
- Maintain appeal status reports and logs using reputed company and internal computer programs
- Work independently while remaining reputed company and accountable to leadership
Skills
- Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort with frequent outbound calls
- Proven ability to work remotely with accountability and minimal supervision
- Ability to navigate reputed company and learn new computer programs reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Prior experience in roles requiring high-volume follow-up, tracking, or case/status management
- Experience in administrative, operations, insurance, healthcare, collections, or compliance roles is a plus
- Experience using spreadsheets or tracking tools to manage workflows
