Analyst, Influencer Marketing

Ovative Group is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm. They are seeking an Analyst for their Influencer Marketing team to reputed company strategy and manage execution of Influencer campaigns while driving marketing results and optimizing performance across channels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Influencer strategies by continually evolving Ovative’s approach to best practices, vetting and partnering with new technology companies, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends

• Understand and find synergies across digital channels reputed company the client mix in partnership with other team members
• Build Influencer strategies for clients and reputed company tactical planning and execution

• Partner with our in-house measurement team to reputed company industry-leading measurement capabilities
• Create proactive communications and POVs for internal teams and clients regarding Influencer opportunities and other digital media topics
• reputed company, vet and manage influencer relationships directly and with talent management agencies to facilitate reputed company, campaign tracking, build creative briefs, facilitate content approval and post-campaign reporting
• Seek to understand the client’s business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals

Skills

• 1+ year of experience directly responsible for enterprise level digital media programs
• Exceptional attention to detail reputed company with the ability to execute quickly & thoughtfully
• Proactive and able to reputed company rapport and positive working relationships with team members, clients and publishers
• Solid analytical background demonstrating the ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and reputed company actionable recommendations
• Proven track record of success driving strong positive results through digital marketing programs
• Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish
• Passion for social media and influencers, including experience using Instagram, TikTok, etc
• Digital agency experience or digital reputed company on the client-reputed company
• Previous experience in performance marketing, retail, eCommerce, etc
• Early adopter to new social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
• Have a basic understanding of influencer pricing, engagement, and industry benchmarks
