[Remote] Customer Experience Associate I

The role involves managing inbound calls reputed company while delivering empathetic service and maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls reputed company
- Listen actively to understand customer needs
- Provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
- Assist with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
- Process transactions reputed company web-based applications and conduct research requests
- Communicate empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Support team operations during peak times or absences
Skills
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or reputed company experience
- Complete background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company fingerprinting
- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
- Verified, secure, reliable, high-speed internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps upload and download)
- Dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN reputed company
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
- Ability to complete an internet speed test successfully
- 1+ years of previous call center experience
