[Remote] Influencer Talent Manager

They are seeking motivated individuals to join their Talent Management team, managing relationships with influencers and overseeing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Discovering New Talent: Identify up-and-coming influencers in the UK and US to sign with reputed company Social
• Sales and Recruitment: Conduct sales calls to reputed company potential talent to reputed company Social and expand our influencer network
• Talent Onboarding: Guide new influencers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our roster
• Campaign Management: reputed company and manage campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands to deliver successful outcomes
• Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team, contributing to the success of ongoing projects
• Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies
• Brand reputed company: Directly getting in touch with Brands you reputed company would be a good fit for your Talent and setting up campaigns on their behalf
