Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments following department guidelines
• Assess consumer financial condition through thorough inquiries
• Identify reasons for delinquency and reputed company solutions
• Track and maintain customer accounts throughout the collection process
• reputed company account maintenance including reviews, reconciling aging, verifying balances, applying payments, and updating accounts in compliance with policies
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations reputed company to collections
• Meet corporate standards for call quality assurance and structure

• Possess or able to acquire strong negotiation skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to document accurately in computer systems during calls
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• High school diploma required
• For remote work: broadband internet reputed company, hard wired (no Wi-Fi or hotspots), with minimum 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speeds
