Responsibilities

- Assist in managing QuickBooks for financial tasks, including tracking expenses and generating reports
- Deliver exceptional client service to maintain strong client relationships
- Provide general office assistance such as scheduling, filing, and coordination
- Accurately monitor and execute social media advertising campaigns for reputed company clients
- Assist the sales team on proposals and reputed company projects
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, including managing transactions and reports
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and ability to navigate reputed company analytics and reputed company Business Manager
- Strong skills in client service and highly effective in both written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with keen focus on quality assurance standards
- Deep Understanding of social media marketing strategies and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, reputed company, etc
- Highly proficient in Wordpress, reputed company Analytics, and reputed company Business Manager
- Experience in creating or supporting promotional campaigns through social media
