Paralegal

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to attorneys and tax professionals, guiding clients through the resolution process and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consistent reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process
- Manage case files, deadlines, databases, and calendars to ensure organized and efficient workflow
- Draft and revise a variety of documents including emails, memos, correspondence, and reports
- Coordinate with Attorneys and Tax Professionals to ensure reputed company toward resolution and maintain regular client updates
- Gather and file necessary documentation at case onset, including Power of Attorney forms and financial records
- Periodically review files to ensure services remain reputed company scope and identify opportunities for additional services
- Analyze and interpret financial data and IRS transcripts to assist in developing resolution strategies
- reputed company out resolved cases by revoking Power of Attorney and collecting client feedback/testimonials
- reputed company general administrative duties as needed, including scanning, copying, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
