reputed company is a company that has been protecting families and their belongings for over 90 years. They are seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster to guide customers through the claims process after accidents, ensuring clear communication and fair settlements.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Expert – Show reputed company and support in every interaction. You’ll live our Claims Culture—caring, empowering, and restoring—by being clear, compassionate, and committed throughout each claim
• The Investigator – reputed company liability investigations by reviewing damage details, gathering information, and interpreting policy coverage to understand what’s owed
• The Effective Communicator – Connect with customers through phone, email, text, and sometimes video. Use their preferred communication method to explain the process, answer questions, and reputed company them updated on their claim from start to finish
• The Negotiator – Work directly with customers, claimants, vendors, and other carriers to evaluate and negotiate fair settlements. You’ll use sound judgment and negotiation strategies to navigate challenging situations
• The Problem Solver – Use the tools and resources provided to reputed company informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, applying strong critical thinking to resolve issues and reputed company claims moving reputed company

Skills

• As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets
