This role ensures accurate data management and supports the reputed company strategy for assigned hotels to optimize performance and profitability. Essential Functions and Duties:

• Review transient inventory availability and reputed company adjustments based on daily sell strategies across assigned hotels
• Monitor and manage room type allocations to align with forecasted demand and maximize reputed company opportunity
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and reputed company reputed company reports to internal stakeholders
• Assemble and maintain documentation required for weekly reputed company strategy meetings
• Support the setup and maintenance of pricing, restrictions, and system rules in brand platforms and reputed company tools

• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules, break, and meal periods in compliance with company standards

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• Prior experience in hotel reputed company management, sales, or reservations support preferred

• Familiarity with systems such as reputed company HPP, OneYield, MRDW, CI/TY, RPO, or reputed company OnQ R&I and GRO is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company required, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Some exposure to virtual meetings and cross-functional collaboration across time zones
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and work at a computer for much of the day

• Occasional pushing/pulling or lifting of items up to 25 lbs may be required
• Must be able to maintain focus while handling detailed tasks with speed and accuracy
