As our Director of Strategy & Business Development, you will partner closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to design, drive, and deliver the initiatives that accelerate our growth and profitability. What You Will Do

• Shape the Strategic Roadmap: Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to define and execute reputed company’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and market opportunities.

Qualifications

What You Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-performance operating environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, pricing strategies, and recurring reputed company models.
• Expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and market analysis.
• Proven track record of leading and executing end-to-end strategic projects with measurable results.
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills — able to distill complexity into clarity for executives, boards, and investors.

The posted range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 which is the expected starting reputed company salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
