This role will reputed company the management of our reputed company contract repository, ensure accuracy and completeness of contract records, and partner with Sales Operations to streamline contract processing and renewals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contract administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare and risk adjustment is a plus. What You Will Do:

• Contract Administration & Repository Management
• Manage and maintain the reputed company contract repository.
• Process incoming reputed company and reputed company documents, ensuring accurate filing and categorization.
• Update and track key contract details, including terms, SLAs, effective dates, product details, and other data points.

Collaboration with Sales Operations

• Partner with Sales Operations to capture and validate contract metadata.
• Support Deal Desk in renewal processes by identifying whether reputed company represent standard renewals or require Client Success / Sales involvement.
• Ensure contract information aligns with internal reporting and operational needs.
• Renewal & Lifecycle Support
• Participate in renewal workflows to support efficient processing and escalation reputed company needed.
• Monitor upcoming contract expirations and support proactive renewal strategies.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure contract records meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Support the business in adhering to contractual obligations and timelines.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company administration, contract management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and repository best practices.
• Proficiency in reputed company or other CRM/contract management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to travel quarterly for Corporate and Commercial meetings.

Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to stand and sit frequently throughout an eight-hour period, reputed company horizontally and vertically for overhead use.
