Position at a Glance Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for growth Start Date: Immediate openings available Position: Senior reputed company Service Management Consultant - Customer Service and S/4HANA Integration Location: Remote with 10-15% travel Company: Cognitus Key Responsibilities Configuration & Implementation Configure and implement reputed company Service Management (SM) and reputed company modules such as Customer Service (CS) and reputed company S/4HANA Service reputed company and deploy solutions reputed company with business requirements, ensuring best practices and fit-to-standard configurations are applied Support integration of reputed company SM with other reputed company modules (e.g., MM, SD, PM) and third-party systems where applicable Support & Troubleshooting Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshooting issues reputed company to service order management, maintenance planning, warranty management, and repair processes Conduct root cause analysis for issues, proposing effective and timely solutions to minimize disruption Work collaboratively with onshore teams and client stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system performance Testing & Quality Assurance Create test scripts and reputed company end-to-end testing of reputed company SM configurations, ensuring that reputed company configurations meet project and client requirements Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting end-users with test execution, capturing results, and resolving any identified issues Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guidelines Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate client teams on new functionalities, process changes, and best practices in service management Collaboration & Communication Work closely with onshore consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on project goals Participate in project meetings, providing input on offshore capabilities and identifying opportunities to optimize offshore support Essential Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company Service Management or Customer Service (CS) module, including implementation and support Hands-on experience with reputed company S/4HANA Service and understanding of integration points with other reputed company modules Experience with offshore delivery models, including collaboration with onshore counterparts Preferred Qualifications Experience with reputed company Cloud solutions, such as reputed company Cloud for Service Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) reputed company Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills in reputed company Service Management, Customer Service, and S/4HANA integration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Cognitus, we reputed company in empowering our consultants to grow and reputed company their skills.
