Job Overview

In this full-time remote position, you will work as a call center representative, handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information. You will also be responsible for handling outbound calls to prescribers, patients, and guarantors to resolve issues, obtain information, or acquire prior authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering data into the proper system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages).
• Settle third-party rejections by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications
