As a key member of our Operations department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our rapidly growing service solutions.
Your Future Job
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll work a night shift from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM EST, Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer support reputed company phone, chat, and email to resolve product and account-reputed company issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including training and account documentation
- Escalating reputed company issues to the development team for assistance
- Prioritizing work queues and backlogs to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless support and resolve customer issues
- Modeling and championing arenaflex's cultural principles as we continue to grow and scale
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role reputed company a contact center environment
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity through daily task completion, personal development, and guided trainings
- Experience in a high-paced environment handling escalated customers and following up on customer requests in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver a positive customer experience
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, ServiceCloud)
- Proficiency with macOS and both reputed company and Android mobile devices for app usage
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure reputed company working through customer issues
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong ability to actively listen and ask follow-up questions to drive reputed company
- Can verbally guide customers to solutions in both app and web-based applications
