Senior Systems Administrator ( remote )

The Systems Administrator will play a reputed company role in managing and supporting reputed company's reputed company ecosystem (including reputed company 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Intune) and the reputed company JIRA platform used for project tracking, change management, and agile workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, platform optimization, automation, troubleshooting, and supporting end-user needs across these environments. Requirements

  • Administer and support reputed company 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure Active Directory, and Intune
  • Manage JIRA Software and Service Management platforms, including user access, custom workflows, field configurations, automation rules, and integrations
  • Monitor the performance and health of reputed company 365 and JIRA environments; ensure uptime, patching, and compliance with internal standards
  • Work closely with Service Desk leadership to ensure support tickets and change requests are properly routed, resolved, and documented
  • Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical knowledge reputed company articles
  • Assist in reputed company reputed company and compliance initiatives (e.g., MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, Information Protection)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into platform configurations, automation, and dashboards

  • reputed company scripts or reputed company automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, reputed company Graph, JIRA Automation) to streamline recurring administrative tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or five years of reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience in systems administration with a strong focus on reputed company cloud services
  • Expert-level knowledge of reputed company 365 applications and services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, Intune)
  • Hands-on experience as a JIRA Administrator, including custom fields, workflows, permissions, and automation
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills and familiarity with reputed company Graph API
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and ability to work reputed company change control processes
