About CueTime® CueTime® is a premium stage timing and confidence-monitor solution built for professional live events. Our customers include event producers, show callers, production managers, AV integrators, venues, and touring teams who require flawless execution under pressure. We are building a strong digital presence across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, community trust, lead generation, and sales growth. Role Summary This role owns CueTime®’s social media strategy and execution across all major platforms and works closely with our designer to turn assets into consistent, high-quality content that drives engagement and leads. A major priority for this role is Reddit—we want someone who understands how to build authentic traction in communities without sounding promotional or spammy. This role also includes responsibility for paid advertising (Google + Meta) and outreach (cold prospecting / lead generation) to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1) Social Media Strategy + Content Execution

  • Build and execute content strategy across: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,

Pinterest, and Reddit

  • Own the content calendar and posting schedule
  • Write premium, high-converting captions and post copy aligned with CueTime®

messaging

  • Post consistently and optimize content for each platform
  • Repurpose content across platforms while keeping channel-native formats
  • Identify trends relevant to live events, AV, production, corporate events, and speaker

timing 2) Reddit Strategy & Community Growth (Critical Priority)

  • Identify relevant subreddits and communities
  • Post value-first, discussion-driven content that builds credibility
  • Comment consistently to grow visibility and trust
  • Monitor mentions and respond professionally
  • Drive qualified interest while staying compliant with subreddit rules

3) Engagement + Community Management

  • Respond to comments and DMs across platforms
  • Engage with target accounts (venues, AV companies, event professionals)
  • Grow brand trust through proactive interaction
  • Provide weekly updates on community insights and engagement wins

4) Paid Ads (Google + Meta)

  • Build and manage campaigns across:

◦ Google Ads (Search + Retargeting) ◦ Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Write ad copy aligned with CueTime® value proposition
  • Test creative angles, audiences, and landing page positioning
  • Track CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
  • Report weekly performance and optimizations

5) Lead Generation + Outreach (Cold Outreach + Sales Support)

  • Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, social DMs, and cold calling (as

required)

  • Identify and qualify prospects (AV integrators, production companies, venues, producers)
  • Follow scripts and messaging frameworks while sounding natural
  • Track outreach activity and outcomes consistently

6) Creative Collaboration + Bonus Design Support

  • Work closely with CueTime® designer to receive assets and deliverables
  • Provide content requests and creative direction
  • BONUS: Repurpose assets and create lightweight edits in Canva

Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Fluent, professional English communication (written + verbal)
  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social media accounts
  • Strong copywriting skills (hooks, captions, CTAs)
  • Strong Reddit experience (posting + engagement + community strategy)
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads + Meta Ads
  • Strong organization and ability to execute without supervision
  • Strong brand discipline and attention to detail

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in live events / AV / event tech / B2B marketing
  • Cold calling or outbound sales experience
  • Canva / design repurposing skills
