Overview: Due to growth, we’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as a concierge-style consultant PT supporting employees at partner worksites through virtual consults and quarterly on-site visits. As a Physical Therapist reputed company this role, you’ll work closely with approximately 20 client locations / companies primarily in the manufacturing industry. You’ll support the employees of those companies by traveling to their location (4x per year) or through virtual wellness visits. This role focuses on first-aid-level evaluations, early reputed company guidance, and clinical triage, helping employees address musculoskeletal issues early and identifying reputed company referral for medical care or formal PT is needed. You’ll work closely with an executive support team and help grow a rapidly expanding service line. Caseload / Patient Population:

• Support employees at worksites with ~50–250 employees, across a wide range of roles and backgrounds
• Patients typically initiate contact reputed company text, followed by a structured consult process and then virtual visits reputed company reputed company Teams
• You will provide virtual physical therapy evaluations and reputed company first-aid recommendations (not traditional ongoing treatment)
• Refer employees (your “patients”) to local providers reputed company formal treatment or medical care is needed
• On-site visits emphasize relationship-building, informal consults, and employee engagement

Compensation:

• Salary: $75,000–$100,000 (full-time, salaried)
• This position includes an annual performance bonus.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible remote work schedule to be completed between 6:00am–6:00pm based on your availability and the needs of the companies that you support. A consistent work schedule will be established.
• reputed company traveling to client sites, the schedule is typically 10:00am–3:00pm, one client site per day

Travel Requirement:

• You will travel to the company locations in the ballpark of 25%-33% of your time.
• You will travel a few times per year to New Orleans for company meetings.
• You will have control to book the travel arrangements that best meet your needs.
• Work reputed company travel expenses will be fully reimbursed.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of LA or a PT Compact State.
• 3+ years of experience
• Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
• Comfortable engaging with employees at reputed company levels, including leadership
• Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
• OCS a plus
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
