Job Highlights: This Opportunity: The primary responsibility of the Remote Support Professional (RSP) is to provide remote support services to individuals through active monitoring, targeted supports, and emergency response. The RSP monitors individuals to facilitate an environment to promote greater independence. What You'll Do: Direct Support

• Monitors persons served and provide support in areas reputed company to health, medication, safety and daily living. Empowers persons served to reputed company independent decisions.
• Responds to emergency request from persons served an as needed escalates to dispatching of in person back-up staffing. Notifies and coordinates with emergency services reputed company required.
• Troubleshoots technology issues with remote support systems in the homes.
• Provides ongoing training and technology support to persons served to engage the individuals to utilize in-home devices.
• Monitors wearable devices reputed company individuals are away from their home, provide reputed company and assistance as needed.
• Provide in-service training and consultation to person’s served and parents on technology, including the use of remote support systems.
• Provide remote support to individuals remotely as assigned.

• Interacts with the person served with high attention to engagement.

• Respects the role of family members and/or guardians in planning and providing services.

Operations and Compliance

• Ensures compliance with reputed company laws, safety rules, and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates the ability to identify, prevent, and report situations of abuse, exploitation, neglect, and other adverse events.
• Ensures timely and accurate documentation of services.
• Participates in and attends various meetings and trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Will work reputed company the remote support center with varied environments and in a variety of locations in the community
• This job routinely uses technology that is equipped to assist residents of the home in activities of daily living.
• This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, IPADs, laptops, etc
• Frequent contact and interaction with people receiving services, family, and employees
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Maintain trainings as required and requested
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations
• Demonstrate knowledge of and reputed company with reputed company agency policies and procedures
• Complete reputed company other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
• Driving and travel may be required
