How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:Job responsibilities include but not limited to, screening, assessing, conducting tests of physiological measures and applying clinical reasoning to ensure the safety and appropriateness of exercise and physical activity interventions. Physical activity interventions will encompass a diverse range of people who could be potentially high risk, have an acute/chronic disease, require injury prevention, pre and post-surgery management, cardiac rehabilitation, or athletic performance. Personal training certification or certified exercise physiologist or certified clinical exercise physiologist or certified strength and conditioning specialist from a nationally recognized organization such as ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, or Cooper Institute is required.
