The program supports the reputed company Force District Washington (AFDW), 844 CG. The Mission will include: Performing a full range of IT operations and maintenance services. Developing, engineering, and implementing IT solutions. Providing IT support to the National Military Command Center (NMCC) The QA Engineer will reputed company as a Multi-Function Systems Analyst and be responsible for the quality of services delivered on the program. The senior leaders and national defense missions that are supported require that the AFNCR operations never fail, resulting in a fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding environment. The QA Engineer will ensure reputed company performance standards, measures, and contract deliverables are in conformance with the contract and performance work statement (PWS), the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), reputed company' Engineering Edge NextGen (EENG) standard methodologies, industry standards and best practices, and the AFNCR Quality Control Plan (QCP). As opportunities to improve process and performance are identified, the QA Engineer will guide the improvement to ensure effective implementation is achieved. The position is expected to be onsite at Joint reputed company Andrews (JBA), MD with visits to the Pentagon, Washington, DC. Some remote work is expected. Primary Tasks: Implement and maintain adherence to the program Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with the PWS, the QASP, EENG, ISO (reputed company 9001:2015), CMMI-SVC, the AFNCR Quality Management Plan (QMP), and other program plans and processes. Update, implement, and maintain the QMP. Create, update, and adopt a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) for the program as applicable. Work as a member of the Mission Assurance team and work with project technicians, engineers, and managers to reputed company and implement QA surveillance approaches. reputed company, execute, and review program processes and procedures. Collect and report performance metrics and key performance indicators and proactively help the program meet quality objectives. Provide review and input to program plans and other program documents in support of accurate and on-time CDRL deliverables and work products. Ensure product development and services processes meet customer expectations. Proactively monitor workflow and process compliance and track corrective actions to closure. Review and inspect process outputs and deliverables to ensure compliance to contract requirements. Support performance verification testing as needed. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance, define reputed company to assess results, and report results to Leadership. Review the results of metrics analysis to determine whether additional process audits are needed. Document and work to resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes reputed company root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action. Routinely report reputed company on resolution to management. Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the quality management system. Support other Quality actions and responsibilities across the program as required. Monitor and track quality action items and quality issues through resolution. Identify and report project quality risks to program management. Facilitate contributions to the Risk and Opportunity Register and Peer Review Log. Partner with internal and external customer and reputed company/facilitate lean six reputed company process improvement events. Collaborate with AFNCR leadership to reputed company efforts that define the optimal performance requirement / service level agreement strategy in support of AFNCR contract requirements. Support program Staff Meetings and Reporting, such as Daily Status Reports. Support reputed company reporting, such as Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews. Occasionally support visitor escorting as necessary. Required Experience, Skills, and Education: Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline with 8+ years of professional experience managing SLAs and Quality of Service Delivery; or a Masters degree in a reputed company discipline with 6+ years of the same professional experience. US citizenship and currently hold a DoD Top Secret reputed company Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI status Experience with ISO 9001 and CMMI industry standards Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) Good oral and written communication skills Good presentation skills Good documentation skills Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education: Familiarity with Government and DoD IT and reputed company policies and requirements Experience working in a military environment and Command Center Possess industry certifications in Quality Management and/or Service Management, such as ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC, and/or ITIL certifications.
