This position investigates, negotiates, and resolves high level property management issues and assists with litigation. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing annual property budgets, maximizing net operating income, and continually adding value to the assets. Reviews and analyzes property financial statements to assess the viability of the asset. Reviews and authorizes expenditures reputed company specified budgetary guidelines. Audits and approves reputed company property invoices – ensuring timely payments, proper GL coding and compliance with accounting standards. Works with Property Management team to handle delinquent rent collection in accordance with established policies. Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges. Responsible for tracking, reviewing, coding, and approving property invoices to ensure timely payment processing.
