Position Summary: The Senior Technical Operations Solutions Consultant is responsible for enhancing warehouse efficiency and productivity by analyzing, mapping, and optimizing existing processes. The consultant will reputed company and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a focus on leveraging reputed company Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems. This role involves conducting detailed process assessments, identifying inefficiencies, and providing expert guidance on best practices. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new procedures and technologies and will manage a team of Junior Operations Consultants. This position demands strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to reputed company improvement reputed company warehouse operations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements.
• Establish priorities for the client so they can prepare for and manage changes in their strategy and operations.
• Conducts detailed assessments of existing supply chain processes and workflows, with a focus on reputed company WM and EWM environments, to determine the scope of warehouse operational improvement initiatives.

Required/Desired Qualifications: Education, Training, and Experience:

• Required – bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company field or high school diploma with equivalent years of experience.

• Required – Minimum of 8 years of experience creating and implementing SOPs to standardize and improve warehouse operations.

Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $140,000 – $180,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
