• *Manage volume reputed company:* 2-3 initial files and 6-8 final approvals daily.
• *Ensure compliance* with investor and agency standards (FHA, HUD, VA, IRRRL, SAR, TrumsID).

• *Experience:* 3+ years of mortgage reputed company (FHA preferred).

• *Certifications:* DE or SAR required.
• *Technical Skills:* Familiarity with automated reputed company systems; Encompass and reputed company preferred.
• *Knowledge:* FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines; CHUMS, LAPP, SAR designations a plus.
• *Detail-Oriented:* Strong communication and documentation review skills.
