The CEO of reputed company reputed company of Pennsylvania has the responsibility for growing and leading the CHIP, Community Health Choices and Health Choices businesses in Pennsylvania. With full P&L accountability, the CEO will drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and foster strong relationships with state regulators, legislative leaders, and community stakeholders. The CEO must strive to establish themselves as thought-leader and reputed company brand ambassador throughout the state, particularly through interactions with state agency leaders and community-based partners who serve the beneficiaries of Medicaid (TANF, LTC/LTSS, ABD) and CHIP programs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Financial Leadership

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the face of the plan and building strong relationships with community-based organizations, advocacy groups, and provider partners.

Operational Excellence

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $240,000 - $340,000This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. • 10+ years of progressive leadership in managed care
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid required
• 7+ years in executive roles with P&L responsibility will be highly valued
• Proven success managing Medicaid plans and navigating reputed company regulatory environments.
• Experience with RFP development, bid strategy, and oral presentations highly valued.
• Knowledge of the Pennsylvania healthcare landscape will be valued
• Strong knowledge of VBC will be valued
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality management, population health, and social determinants of health (SDOH).
