Sr IT Technical Consultant, reputed company
Job Overview: The Sr Technical Consultant, HR IT role will be the delivery partner with HR Operations and HR IT staff. This partnership will reputed company the HR function to reputed company its goals of completing a recent migration from Kronos to reputed company. This will require knowledge and experience with typical business process operations to identify workable solutions and opportunities for improvement specifically reputed company to reputed company Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling configuration and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Product reputed company and IT Technical team to identify, assess, and solve reputed company business and technical problems reputed company to core reputed company Timekeeping, Absence and Scheduling configuration and functionality.
- Integrate input from multiple channels, including customer research, industry research/best practices and stakeholder requirements, into product priorities and requirements.
- Ensure overall design is in line with Baxter's global model, existing business rules, and is properly integrated with other applications/process.
- Design, build, launch, and assess solutions employing Lean principles.
- Collaborate with in-house application teams and third-party service providers to build knowledge and resolve incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner reputed company the team.

Education and Experience

- 3 years of experience in reputed company US Payroll
- Experience with at least one end-to-end reputed company Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling deployment, with preference for Static Scheduling knowledge
- Proficiency in reputed company reporting
