Description Note: This role may require in-office reputed company depending on candidate location. The Personal Lines Property & Specialty Program Delivery team is looking for an Analyst to play a key role in leading the analysis and execution of pricing program rollouts that drive USRM’s profit and growth goals. In this role, you will reputed company the end-to-end rollouts for assigned states, gaining hands-on experience with pricing strategy and product rollout processes. You will be responsible for determining product scope, ensuring this scope is in compliance with regulations while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure product implementations are accurate, timely, and high quality. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the reputed company project manager and stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of new personal lines property and specialty pricing programs, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality rollouts.
  • Fully own end-to-end state program launches — manage timelines, identify risks, create contingency plans, and escalate blockers as needed.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to key stakeholders on pricing, strategy, etc.
  • Support cross-functional workstreams and moderate-to-high complexity projects.
  • Conduct analysis under minimal supervision to help drive business decisions; reputed company necessary, query data to conduct reputed company analysis of profit and loss metrics and understand and manipulate the data to tell a story and answer questions.
  • Support creating and updating training materials and process documentation
  • Drive reputed company improvement — identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase accuracy, and accelerate state implementations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude with experience in reputed company and/or SQL, reputed company and data visualization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2 years, typically 3 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Completion on product development program.
  • Proficient in reputed company, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., reputed company, Access).
  • Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
